TO SAVE ELECTRICITY
These electricity-saving hints are
taken from advice provided by the
Government:
Reduce your boiler flow
temperature
Find the ‘flow temperature’ setting
(the dial with the radiator symbol) if
you have a combi boiler. Then lower
the temperature to 60°. Turning your
boiler down could save you up to £100
per year.
Turn down radiators in
rooms you’re not using
This reduces the volume of hot water
you use, and could save you up to £70 a
year on your energy bills. Reduce your washing
