The Parish Council, in conjunction with
the Gala committee, were pleased to be
able to provide grant funding towards the
Give and Take Shed at the primary school,
which officially opened on Wednesday
16th July. This fabulous initiative gives
parents the opportunity to give unwanted
items to the school office and take what
they need from the shed, helping them to
save the cost of buying uniform for the
new school term.
The new village sign
work on the new sign is almost complete
and it will be back in place soon.
Finally, I would like to welcome our two
new members of the Parish Council. At
our July meeting Cllrs Steve Emery and
Councillors at the opening of Frank Fowler joined the group which
the Give and Take Shed puts us back to our full allocation of nine
councillors.
You will have noticed that the village sign Cllr Ben Bonos – Chair
has been missing from Dick’s Green for bbonos@manea-pc.gov.uk
some time. I’m pleased to report that
