VILLAGE SOCIAL ACTIVITY

ver the years the Village has lost a
number of groups: WI, Ladies British
OLegion, Over 60s Club, Wednesday
Dinners to name a few…….
In order to establish if it is possible to setup
a Social Activity what is needed first is to:

a) Identify - what people would like and
who would attend

b) Timing - Morning / Afternoon
/ Evening and frequency Weekly /
Fortnightly / Monthly
c) Find people who are willing to
volunteer to help organise / plan and / or
participate in the running of sessions A few people have
already expressed an
interest in helping but
more will be required.

There are Social Activities in other villages
which are / have been looked at for
how they are run and ideas for possible
suggestions for content / activities etc.
If there are enough people who are
